Eagle Eye - Is an elaborate variation of the game of hide-and -seek. It is an excellent game to teach
Children how to be comfortable down in the undergrowth and dirt. It also helps the children to be still and
quiet for extended periods and how to move quietly in the natural world.
The eagle stays at the tree and says eagle eyes are closing and then starts to count down. The children
then go and hide in the forest. When the eagle gets to zero they say eagle eyes are open and they have
to stay where they are and scan the area. If they see a child they say their name and that child comes
back and is out. The eagle will then say eagle eyes are closing and the children run back touch the big
rock and go and hide again.
