My name is Mrs Waters and I feel very fortunate to work in primary education. I believe every child is unique and deserves the chance to shine in their own way. I am a caring and committed teacher, and in my role as SENCo I particularly enjoy working closely with children, families and staff to make sure that every pupil feels supported, valued and able to grow. Helping children to overcome barriers and celebrate their achievements is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. 

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as reading, walking, and visiting the theatre.
