COVID-19 Information

Please find below all of the appropriate resources and information related to the school's ongoing plans during the COVID-19 Crisis:

Year 6 Information: 16-17th July

Please see below an FAQ section to support parents and pupils returning for 16-17th July:

What do I need to do to confirm my child's attendance for the 16-17th July?

Parents must read the Behaviour addendum below and confirm that they agree to it via an electronic signature:

Most of the information is within the addendum.  Any specific information that is relevant outside of the addendum is detailed below:

Can Y6 pupils wear their leaver's hoodies?

Absolutely.  We encourage the children to wear their hoodies over their school uniform.  As per the addendum, all attending pupils should wear their school uniform.  However, no tie should be worn and children can attend in trainers should they wish to.

The decision has now been made to allow all Year 6 children to wear non-uniform on these two days.

Where will Y6 enter the school building?

Y6 pupils will enter the site at the pedestrian gate (Entrance C on Site Bubble Plan below). They will enter via the KS2 classroom doors in either Y6, Y5 or Y4.

Is there anything that the children should bring in other than what was stated in the addendum?

The children are asked to bring in a school shirt for signing.  They are also asked to bring in a pen for their use only.

Will there be an option for a hot dinner?

Any child wishing to have a hot dinner will have the option of the following:

Thursday – Burger and wedges  or Jacket potato

(there is an option for cheese on the burger)

Friday – Pizza and chips or Jacket potato

Please note that hot dinners will need to be ordered in advance by either calling or emailing the school office (

How can parents view the leavers' assembly?

We will record the assembly and make it available online.  We will email out an unlisted link to parents for their use only.

Is there any further information?

We are working to make the two days as interesting and relevant as possible.  The children will have opportunities to say goodbye, to prepare for transition and for meeting members of staff from their secondary school (please note that All Hallows are no longer attending as they have opened up their school for transition activities).
