If you would like to apply for a place in the Reception class at Saint Mary's in September 2023, you must complete the Local Authority application form available from the Cheshire East website:

Applications must be submitted to the Local Authority by 15th January of the year in which you would like your child to join Reception.

Our Admissions Policy for children applying for a place in Reception for September 2023 is attached below (Admissions Policy 2023 to 2024).

If you wish your application to Saint Mary's to be considered under the religious criteria of ‘baptised Catholic children’, you MUST also complete the Supplementary Information Form (SIF), which is attached below, and return this directly to the school by the closing date of 15th January.  Proof of baptism must also be returned directly to the school with the Supplementary Information Form.
